Google's new Gemini moves into reasoning

Google has finally unveiled their much hyped answer to ChatGPT and according to the above promotional video it is pretty amazing. It is capable to look at an image and reason what it 'thinks' it is seeing, something that other LLMs have not yet shown to be capable of. I especially liked its reasoning about the blue duck! Update: it later appeared that the movie was not displaying the entire truth and was, in fact, fabricated.
