Ignoring AI's future is like planning for a storm without checking the weather forecast.

Despite the unpredictable trajectory of AI, few organizations seriously integrate its potential advancements into their strategic planning. AI experts are divided on whether we are on the cusp of creating Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) or if current advancements have plateaued.

Yet, the belief in AI's rapid progress is strong enough that it warrants planning for multiple scenarios. This lack of preparation isn't due to a shortage of discussion; rather, it stems from the difficulty in planning for something as nebulous as AGI.
