Generative AI may feel revolutionary, but let’s not mistake it for a crystal ball. While it excels at recognizing patterns and reflecting past data, it falters in generating truly novel ideas.
AI can’t replace human creativity, but it can amplify it when used wisely. Leaders should wield it as:
- A sounding board for rapid, diverse perspectives.
- A scenario explorer to probe potential outcomes.
- An ideation tool for quick, multi-modal brainstorming.
AI is a partner, not a prophet. Generative AI is a powerful ally, but without human vision steering the ship, it risks becoming an echo chamber of the past.
