In the past months, I went down the rabbit hole of the metaverse, and I came out the other end knowing that the immersive internet is the future of our society. It might not look like it now, but as the late Clay Christensen said: ”The next big thing often starts off looking like a toy”.

In the coming years, the metaverse will change society and how we work, socialize and play. My new book - Step into the Metaverse: How the Immersive Internet Will Unlock a Trillion-Dollar Social Economy - will help you prepare for this paradigm shift.

3. Anti-abortion activists collect data to prosecute post-Roe...

In the United States, anti-abortion activists are preparing for a post-Roe era when abortion is no longer an individual's right. With some states encouraging people to find and report women who visit an abortion clinic, the hunt for location data, license plate data, video data, and other private data is on. The day Roe vs Wade will be overturned will be a sad day for women and privacy. (MIT)
